Everyday from about 10 am to 4 pm there are a bunch of people sitting in lawn chairs on the courthouse lawn. There is usually one person reading off some list... maybe addresses? I don't want to disturb them to ask them who they are but I work nearby and am so curious!

Anyone know who/what they are?
Riverside, CA... but I had jury duty in San Bernardino, CA and they were doing the same thing.
